Here's what others have had to say about Club Med-Turkoise.

  • 4-Ball Rating "Most people come for the extraordinary beach on Grace Bay. However the tennis program is surprisingly strong. A good team of Mexican pros who are great. The courts are in good condition and they have rackets for those who don't bring their own."—S.A., Adv. Int., July 2021
  • 3-Ball Rating "We chose Club Med Turkoise because tennis is one of the many activities available there, not to play tennis exclusively. With that in mind, as long as there were courts available, we were happy. There were approximately 12 courts, which were well maintained. The surface is rubberized with what seem like hollow spots, which make the ball bounce a bit unpredictably.
The weather in April was not ideal for tennis. It was windy a lot of the time and quite humid in the middle of the day. We also had rain almost every day. The good points, though, are that early morning and late afternoon the temperature was wonderful for tennis. Even after a good rain, the court surface dried our very quickly and were playable.
Clinics were in the morning; round robin in the afternoon. If you wanted to just hit, courts were available. This is not a tennis camp. The pros do, however, offer private lessons.
All in all, if you want tennis to be the focus of your stay, I'd say choose somewhere where the weather is more conducive to tennis throughout the day, where the pros' primary objective is your tennis enjoyment. On the other hand, if you just want courts in good condition available to hit on and to meet other players, Club Med Turkoise is very nice.
Our room, section E, was almost as close to the courts as you can get."
