Former touring pro Joel Ross directs this summer camp for juniors ages 8-18 at the Kent School, which sits between the Houstanic River and the Mount Algo in the foothills of the Berkshire Mountains. The school has 17 clay, red clay and hard courts (4 of them indoors), as well as a gymnasium, swimming pool, and acres of athletic fields. The camp itself runs 3 1/2 to 6 hours daily, with opportunities to kayak on the river, play socccer, hike, bike or any of some two dozen activities. There are also Cardio tennis sessions and optional SAT Prep Courses for grades 10 to 12. Accommodations are in the school's dorms.
