Brady Tennis Camp

Santa Barbara, California

Over the course of its 5-day sessions, the Brady Tennis Camp works on all aspects of the game, devoting 6 hours a day to stroke production, strategy, and for more advanced players high-intensity workouts and match play. It all takes place on the 26 hard courts on the scenic campus of the University of California at Santa Barbara. Campers stay in residential dorms—actually suites or 2 or 3 rooms with a bath—in a building with a cafeteria and recreation room. There are evening activities planned as well as a trip to the beach.
The camp is run by the four members of the Brady family, all of whom played college tennis—and in the case of Kip held a national professional ranking.

Season: July 24-Aug. 5, 2022

Here's what others have had to say about Brady Tennis Camp.

  • 5-Ball Rating "I really enjoyed the Brady tennis camp! All around the Adult Tennis Camp was a wonderful experience - great instructors, solid approach to learning, loads of stretching (which my 44 year old body appreciated;), and super fun to be on the UCSB campus. I really improved my game and somehow the 6 hours a day of tennis flew by. I would strongly recommend this camp for anyone interested in improving their game!"—J.R., Int., July 2015

  • 5-Ball Rating "Going to Brady Tennis Camp was one of the best experiences of my life. The coaches were very involved with each student and had a great tips to help you improve. The Brady family, also very helpful, were there the whole time two of them being coaches. Even though we worked a lot it was so much fun. We had all different types of training, not just tennis. Even though it was majority tennis we also had cardio and strength training. Also, we had physicolgy lessons with Virgil Brady. There were fun things at night though, including a talent show on the last day and a movie night, those being just some of the free things we got to do. Overall Brady Camp was a great experience."—C.K., Adv. Int., April 2010
