Based at the five-star Steenberg Hotel, in an exclusive suburb a 20-minute drive from the heart of Cape Town, this newest of the Jonathan Markson venues—and the first in 
South Africa—affords an oppor-
tunity to explore this scenic region while also honing your tennis skills. The hotel perches in the tranquil Constancia Valley, a wine region, on a farm that dates to the 17th century. South African coach Tim Armstrong, who founded a South African tennis school, presides over the week's 15 hours of group clinics, which take place at the nearby Meadowridge Tennis Club. It's a format that leaves ample time for exploring the region's wine country, famous botanical garden, nature reserves, and more. The hotel, meanwhile, adds options for golf and pampering in their spa.
