"Hidden Dunes is a tennis and beach resort. There are several levels of accommodations from cottages 1-3 bedrooms, villas 3-4 bedrooms and highrise on the beach with 2-3 bedrooms. There are 6 clay courts and a superb tennis staff there. There are clinics available for you at any level. The staff will arrange matches for you at any level. 
The beach is beautiful and the Destin area is great too. Nice restaurants and great shopping. The beach and Gulf are wonderful. There are many golf courses in the area also. It's a great place for a families, older adults, young adults and teams. The tennis staff is very accommodating and will do whatever they can to make your stay a great tennis experience."—P.S., Int., November 2011
"We stayed at Hidden Dunes in April of 2011 and hope to return there in 2012. Our main concerns when choosing a vacation spot are tennis and beach, and this resort offers both. The accommodations in the Gulfside building were superb...right on the beach and just a short walk to the courts! We played tennis every day and prefer to play for longer than the standard hour and a half; and Gerry in the pro shop was extremely accommodating...can't say enough about his hospitality! Court fees are not included in the cost of the accommodations but were comparable to other resorts, and we prefer to pay as we play. The resort was very well kept; the courts were beautiful and well maintained. Although we did not participate in any private/group lessons, we observed many people who did, and everyone seemed to enjoy themselves. "My wife and I just returned from a four night stay at Hidden Dunes in Destin, Florida. As we are both USPTR certified pros and play at the 5.0 level we definitely wanted to play tennis during our stay. Thanks to Renee and Jerry we did just that. I emailed Renee prior to our arrival requesting that she set us up for a couple of matches. Even though she was at a USPTA conference out of state she responded promptly and indicated that Jerry would call and see what they could do. Jerry did call with details for a match on our first morning there. We had two fun, competitive matches thanks to the staff at Hidden Dunes. We were most impressed with the friendly, inviting atmosphere at Hidden Dunes. We were initially surprised at how many players were on the courts but now we know why.
