So far, I haven't received any written feedback on Alisal Guest Ranch and Resort. If you've taken a tennis vacation there, I'd like to hear your reactions.
Rate Alisal Guest Ranch and Resort
Located in the Santa Ynez Valley, Alisal lies 35 miles northwest of Santa Barbara, in the horse and wine country just 
outside the Danish community of Solvang. Long a low-profile retreat for Hollywood elite—Clark Gable and Lady Silvia were married there—it has evolved into a 10,000-acre spread containing six tennis courts, two 18-hole golf courses, a spring-fed lake, a spa and fitness center, and miles of horseback riding trails. It also offers a solid children's program during the summer for kids ages 3 to 17.

The ranch has 73 studios and suites all with wood-burning fireplaces and refrigerators but none with a telephone or television. Rates include breakfast and dinner. There is a two-night minimum.
