Yes, that Evert. Chris Evert and the sports marketing and management agency IMG own this inland tennis facility, her brother John directs operations, and her father Jim anchors the teaching staff. Yet for all that, the hard truth, at least for adults, is that the academy has put most of its effort into its junior programs, and although there is nominally a 2½-hour daily camp for adults, they don't actively promoted it. What is more, for adults this remains essentially a day camp, where you drop in, take your clinic, and leave. Most adults end up staying at places like the Hilton Suites or Hampton Inn (neither of which is inexpensive), which means everyone scatters once the morning sessions are finished. My sense is that this program is not yet ready for prime-time adult players, but if your experience is different (or for that matter if you agree), I'd like to hear about it. For juniors it's a different story altogether. For an overview of their junior program go to Evert Tennis Academy (Juniors) Your CallThis is your opportunity to rate and review the resorts and camps you've visited. As material comes in I'll post it here, so you can read what others think.

Travel EssentialsSeasons. Year-round. Rates. Juniors have a dormitory; adults, however, must make their own arrangements. For the most part that means nearby—or not so nearby—hotels and motels. Check with the Academy for a list of suggested lodging.
